fool

softly I descend away from the water's surface floating weightlessly surrounded by the faint light that calms me I am scared cause ignorance is bliss they say until it catches up with you the moment that you realize ignorance looks good on fools living memories flash before my eyes through the silence there are angel's voices singing and it seems like the voices move within the light shimmering like diamonds in the cold cause ignorance is bliss they say until it catches up with you the moment that you realize ignorance looks good on fools castrated feelings suffocating heaviness don't believe all that you hear cause ignorance is bliss you know until it catches up with you the moment that you realize you've become a fool today I wish that I could see (I wish that I could see) I wish that I could feel (I wish that I could feel) I wish that I could turn back time cause I don't want to feel like a fool
